Fusing - Kilns / Controllers

These glass kilns are usually special order and usually take 2 to 6 weeks to arrive. All of the kilns
shown are specifically designed for glass fusing, slumping, casting and firing painted glass.
We will deliver your kiln to you free of charge anywhere within the expanded city of Ottawa. If you live outside these boundaries there will be a delivery charge accordingly.

RIGHT

Evenheat Studio 8 Kiln
Size 8" x 8" interior x 4.5'

This is versitile kiln is handy for fusing, slumping and manipulation. It is ideal for jewelry making, tiles, small dishes and plates. It has a built-in pryometer and viewing window and can be plugged into any 15 amp household outlet. It will reach fusing temperature in about 30 minutes and will fire up to 1800 °F. We have a variety of molds that fit the Studio 8 including the bracelet mold.

Size 14.5" wide x 6.5" deep interior

This kiln combines the space and performance
of a large kiln with the convenience of 120 volt operation. Plugs into a regular 15amp outlet. This
is our most popular kiln for home use and is usually in stock.
The heating elements are configured in a top
firing design.

Size 23.5"wide x 9" deep
The"studio standard" excels at fusing, slumping,
painting, casting, and annealing. It offers a size
that seems to fit the needs of most glass artists.
Small pieces can be loaded in volume and there
is sufficient space for larger pieces. Top and side elements. Built-in Rampmaster II Controls.
240volt, 30amp.

Size 41" long x 25.5" wide x 9" deep

Large top loading kiln offers performance with
an increased size for production work. Designed
for fusing and slumping, painting and other
glass techniques as well. Heating elements are
configured in top and side firing design with all
elements individually controlled. Built-in Ramp-
Master II controller. 240 volt, 40 amp.

CONTROLLERS

The RampMaster II controls all of the heating cycles in your kiln. You can create 6 custom programs with up to 16 segments each. Program a Delay start and Hold ( soak) times. Control lid and side elements independently. On-the -fly you can Pause for up to 15 minutes, Skip Step, View (current) Segment, Review (whole) Program, Add Time and Add Temperature.

The RampMaster II control unit (TOP LEFT) comes as a built-in on your EvenHeat kiln. The Hand Held unit (TOP RIGHT) offers some additional flexibility. It comes with a 6 ft. cord and a wall
bracket kit. Mount it at eye level for easy reading and lift if off the bracket for handheld operation. This option is available only at the time of ordering.
