There are two popular antiquing solutions that can be used to change the
colour of the solder lines in your project. Black patina can easily be painted
on with a flux brush. Copper patina is applied the same way but must be
buffed to bring up the copper shine. Projects should be waxed afterwards to
protect the finish. Solder lines left natural should also be waxed to prevent
oxidization.
